Pronouns-
A pronoun is a word that is used in place of a noun.
Personal Pronouns include subject pronouns, object pronouns, and possessive pronouns.
Subject
Used as the subject of a sentence. Subject pronouns are I, you, he, she, it, we, and they.
Used after an action verb or as the object of a prepositional phrase. Object pronouns include me, you, him, her, it, us, and them.

- We were going to the zoo.

The following pronouns (I, me, he, she, herself, you, it, that, they, each, few, many, who, whoever, whose, someone, everybody, etc.) are words that takes the place of a noun. - In the sentence Joe saw Jill, and he waved at her, the pronouns he and her take the place of Joe and Jill, respectively.
Every pronoun must have a clear antecedent (the word the pronoun stands for)
There are three types of pronouns: subject (for example, he); object (him); or possessive (his).
- Possessive
Takes the place of a possessive noun. Possessive pronouns include my, mine, your, yours, his, her, hers, its, our, ours, their, and theirs. - Her shirt is dirtier than mine.
